Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Controller. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. The role includes both on-site work in Fall River, MA, as well as the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior managers and the board by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points.
• Experience with budgeting and cash flow management
• Develop, implement and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Healthcare experience preferred
